Valduren is a UAE-registered business offering luxury fragrances, timepieces, and accessories for sale through its online store. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that:

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our Website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate of 5%, as per UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations effective 1 January 2018. Your final price will be reflected at checkout once your order details are complete.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Defective products will be exchanged. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

We make every effort to display product information, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are error-free. If you receive a product that significantly differs from its description, please contact us immediately.
